Welcome to my site! I've been an accredited domestic energy assessor since 2012. I've completed thousands of assessments on behalf of housing associations, energy companies, local authorities, landlords, banks, builders, architects, estate agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, ECO and GBIS projects etc to name a few and over a thousand home energy expert visits during my time working for a leading energy company. It has helped me develop a very good understanding of building fabric and HVAC for domestic dwellings in the South East.
